About Us

The Employee Happiness Awards – Saudi Arabia is a prestigious platform dedicated to celebrating the most inspiring stories of employee well-being and workplace happiness. Conceptualised and organised by Eventyst Global, the Awards honour organisations in the Kingdom that genuinely prioritise the happiness, engagement, and holistic well-being of their people.
Following the overwhelming success of our inaugural edition, which brought together forward-thinking companies and HR leaders from across the region, the Employee Happiness Awards – KSA has established itself as a credible benchmark for workplace culture. With a transparent, merit-based selection process, the platform recognises the innovative strategies and heartfelt efforts that contribute to creating happier, more human workplaces.

Nomination Process

It’s a simple 4-steps process, from start to finish

Submission of Online
Nomination Form

All aspiring nominees are required to submit an online nomination form that requests basic company information, the categories they wish to participate in, and a brief write-up on why they deserve to win in their chosen categories.

Please note you can nominate in maximum 3 company categories. Nominating in up to 2 company categories is free. After that, a nomination fee of USD 200 will be charged for the 1 additional company category.

Announcement of
Finalists

On the basis of the brief write-up in the online nomination form, deserving companies will be announced as the finalists of the Employee Happiness Awards 2026.

Presentations to the
Jury

All finalists will be required to make a 20-minute presentation to the EHA Jury to further substantiate their nominations. The presentations will be held virtually and the Jury will identify the winners on the basis of these presentations.
